Workspaces

A workspace in VISS.AI is your personal command center for managing and automating tasks across multiple apps. It’s where you bring together all the tools, integrations, and data sources you need, giving you a unified environment to design workflows, visualize insights, and optimize processes without even switching tabs.

You have access to all your existing flows and workspaces the moment you log in. With a simple click on “Create Workspace”, you can create a brand new workspace to get started.

Steps

VISS.AI lets you build your workflows step by step. You can simply click “+step” to browse through the available apps and other AI functions. The apps will also have available actions that VISS.AI can perform and some cool example prompts to get you started.

When the added step is selected, you get access to browse through the available actions on the side again and also the example prompts that can be directly copied and pasted.

The available actions when clicked opens up a list of the parameters for each action. Some parameters are required in your prompt for the step to work. (eg: An email won’t be sent if the Recipient Email is not specified).

Accounts and Authentication

Prior to building your step, you also need to make sure the app you selected is logged into your account. You can click on the individual “sign in” button on any step and access your accounts. VISS.AI also supports keeping multiple accounts so you can switch freely.

After a period, your account authentication might expire and will need to be re-authenticated. You can also keep track of this by checking the time next to your account name.

Building a Step

Each step needs to be built by typing in a prompt into the box. Which will enable VISS.AI to perform the specific action with your selected application.

Once the step is built, you can click on the build results to see what VISS.AI built. You can decide to change your prompt or be more specific by editing your step and rebuilding.

Running a Step

Once the step is built, you can simply click “Run” to run the step.
