Initial Screening
We shortlist you based on your application and resume. You can also submit a personalized cover letter to tell us your passion and your ambitions.
Two Part Interview
First, you’ll chat with Nikola to discuss your passions, background, and what excites you about joining VISS.AI. If required, you’ll meet with Philip, David, and Fredric for a deep dive into technical and developer-specific details.
A Work Trial
Work with us on a real project for a month. This trial gives you a glimpse into our team culture while allowing us to see how we work together. It’s a two-way discovery process!
