Connecting your Zoho Account
Connecting Zoho CRM with VISS.AI is straightforward. Zoho CRM requires authorization through a simple login process. Here’s how:
Click Sign in on the workflow step within your workspace in VISS.AI.
A login prompt will appear. Enter your Zoho credentials and approve access.
Zoho will request your permissions for VISS.AI to gain access to your Zoho CRM’s data. Granting VISS.AI access to your Zoho CRM system will allow VISS.AI to read, create, update, and deleting your data.
Using Zoho CRM in VISS.AI
Now that Zoho CRM is linked, you can follow these steps to customize prompts and run workflows within VISS.AI effectively:
Explore the available actions and parameters for Zoho CRM in VISS.AI. This will help you understand the types of content and tasks you can automate or retrieve.
