Job Description:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Manage and mentor the sales team

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in sales leadership

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Ability to think strategically and drive results
