Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the adoption of our platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support

• Monitor customer usage and proactively address issues

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer experience

• Conduct regular check-ins and provide insights to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in customer success or account management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand customer needs and drive satisfaction

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
