Setting up Onedrive

This quick guide will walk you through the setup and usage of OneDrive with VISS.AI.

Adding OneDrive

To add OneDrive to your VISS.AI workspace:

  1. Click on the + Step button.

  2. Select OneDrive from the available app menu options.

Connecting Your Microsoft Account

Connecting OneDrive is straightforward and secure:

  1. Click on Sign in, Log in with your Microsoft account when prompted (The account needs to be a Microsoft work or school account)

  2. Grant VISS.AI permission to access your OneDrive files. This allows VISS.AI to retrieve, manage, and share files as part of your workflow.

Using OneDrive in VISS.AI

Once OneDrive is connected, customize prompts and workflows to perform various actions with your files.

  1. Decide the actions you want OneDrive to perform within VISS.AI, like "upload," "share," or "retrieve specific files."

  2. Specify actions in your prompts, such as “Retrieve the latest file in the Reports folder” or “Share the Q4 Report with the finance team.”

  3. After setting up your prompt, click Build to preview the output. Verify the setup and then click Run to execute the OneDrive step.
