Setting up Microsoft OneNote
This quick guide will help you set up and use Microsoft OneNote within VISS.AI to streamline your note-taking.
Adding Microsoft OneNote
You can add Microsoft OneNote to any existing or new VISS.AI workspace by selecting it from the app menu.
Connecting your Microsoft Account
Connecting OneNote is straightforward. Login directly within VISS.AI using your Microsoft account:
Click on Sign in, Log in with your Microsoft account when prompted (The account needs to be a Microsoft work or school account)
Grant VISS.AI permission to access your OneNote notebooks. This enables VISS.AI to retrieve, manage, and share notes as part of your workflow.
Using Microsoft OneNote in VISS.AI
Once you've added OneNote, you can set up workflows that interact with your notes.
Decide what action you want OneNote to perform within VISS.AI (e.g., "retrieve," "share," "organize").
Specify actions like “Retrieve notes from the ‘Meeting Notes’ notebook” or “Share the latest project notes with the team.”
After setting up your prompt, click Build to preview. Confirm what VISS.AI has built, then click Run to execute the OneNote workflow step.
